Additionally, within the scope of our company’s digital transformation goal, the physical document tracking in claims processes will be eliminated. With this technological investment, which will make our processes faster and more efficient, we aim to increase both our efficiency and customer satisfaction through more effectively managed processes. Moreover, by making the data flow with other business units more efficient, we will make the tracking of our processes with our business partners more effective,” he said.
Operational Excellence and Advanced TechnologyNazmi Sedat Özatalay, Deputy General Manager responsible for Claims at VHV Sigorta, said, “While the end-to-end process from the claims notification to the payment stage of the relevant file is technologically developed, all information and documents sent to our company from our business partners, together with the expert reports, are stored and viewable in digital form in the relevant file. Additionally, the file and payment processes have been automated, creating approval processes suitable for our company’s future strategies and remote working processes. This is a significant step we have achieved thanks to the efforts of our team members as part of our Operational Excellence initiative at VHV Sigorta,” he said.
Özatalay emphasized that with the legal program, the company’s entire litigation process is tracked through the system, completely eliminating the previously manual work environment, saying, “The program in question will also provide a user-friendly process for our partner lawyers to carry out transactions. With the recourse program, full participation in the Insurance Information Center (SBM) recourse integration processes can be ensured, and all recourse processes can be fully automated in terms of both third-party and insurance company claims,” he said.
